Visited a friend there the way I judge convalescent homes if I can’t smell urine. It’s a good place.

My father in law was repeatedly telling staff that he could not breathe. His daughter was called and told that staff could not calm him down. By the time she arrived, he had called 911 himself from his cell phone because he was still struggling to breathe. What made the situation worse was that a staff member told his daughter that she had spoken with a director and that he would not be welcome back if he left by ambulance because of the way he was acting and because he had called 911 himself. He was not simply being difficult or agitated. He was transported to the hospital and found to be in acute hypoxic respiratory failure and suffering an NSTEMI. His condition was serious enough that he was intubated and placed on mechanical ventilation in the emergency department and then admitted to the ICU. The hardest part for our family to accept is that he was repeatedly saying he could not breathe, yet the situation appeared to be treated primarily as a problem of calming him down. He ultimately had to call 911 himself. We are also extremely troubled that calling 911 for emergency medical help was reportedly used as a reason to tell his daughter he would not be welcome back. We have submitted a formal complaint regarding what happened. Based on our family’s experience, I cannot recommend this facility.

We went to Lincoln Post Acute to visit my sister. The lobby is spacious and the receptionist was friendly. Checking in at the kiosk was pretty simple. My sister seems happy and comfortable in her room.

My mom had a wonderful experience at Lincoln Post Acute during her recovery. After two long days in the ER, my mom was in her room and already eating dinner within minutes of being transferred to Lincoln Post Acute. The nurses were so kind and attentive and my mom received great rehabilitation during her stay. She learned so many things from her rehab therapist that she has put into practice today, allowing her to live independently back at home. During her stay she enjoyed reading books outside in the courtyard, it felt a lot like home to her there.

This is a great Rehabilitation facility that does a great job in promoting the patient’s best possible outcome and provides compassionate care. The staff is very dedicated and caring. I have had great interactions with multiple people that work there.Nichole was amazing,Rusty ,Claudia and Jennifer as well. I will always recommend this place to everyone. as an added bonus,it is located in a very quiet area of Lincoln away from the hustle and bussle of roseville and sacramento.

I visited my friend for the first time. The facility was very clean, the staff very attentive to my friend. Love the outdoor courtyard and fountain. The benches could use some attention.

As previous observations, Lou Stella Sanders received excellent care during my visit today however, she did not get her pain meds as I requested for her back pain. Physical therapists provide exceptional quality of care! Thank you!!!

It I always seem so busy which shows that the patients aren’t just being left. Someone is always checking in on my mom and making sure she’s OK. I like that.

I cannot say enough great things about Lincoln Meadows! Each time I visit every single team member-from the nurses to the administrative staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and compassionate. The physical therapy program truly stands out. The therapist are knowledgeable, encouraging, and dedicated to helping patients reach their recovery goals. If your loved one is in need of post-acute care, I highly recommend this place. Five stars, without a doubt!

I just am amazed at my dear friend Joyce who I have been caretaking for the past year. Each time I come she looks better and better and stronger. She is 98 and if she doesn’t like something boy will she say. She cannot say enough good things about Lincoln Meadows and the wonderful quality care she receives. How kind the staff are. Under the circumstances, it has been as pleasant an experience as possible for my mother. It is very clean. The staff is attentive. And we, as visitors, felt very welcome. Thank you.

Excellent care and communication from all staff at Lincoln Meadows. This place is a gem in a small town. I worked in healthcare settings myself and can confidently recommend this facility to anyone. From my first phone call to all my visits, I’ve been treated with respect and staff take the time to answer my questions even when they are clearly very busy.

I did not put patient’s name on clothing when we arrived. When the clothing was laundered they did not know where to return it. I spoke with Laundry employee who was very pleasant and helpful. . She found the clean items and hung everything neatly in the room. Whenever I have questions someone is there to point me to the right person for help. I’m so impressed.

Lincoln Meadows is clean and well staffed. This facility has a good vibe. The grounds are pretty. Lots of natural light in the rooms. My only advice is to clearly label and list what you bring on the inventory list. Clothes and personal items sometimes go missing
